My mission is to help you learn, grow, and heal,
so you can live a more fulfilling life.

You deserve to experience lasting change

Have you tried therapy, but you’re not able to create sustainable change?

Has trauma stopped you from engaging the life you you want to live?

Hey, I’m Kristy and here to help. I work both virtually and in Golden, Colorado with teens, young adults, & adults who experience neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, and have experienced trauma who want to learn the tools to feel better, so they can enjoy their lives to the fullest.

How I’m different

  • In our work together, you can expect open and direct communication that fosters trust and connection. I’ll meet you where you are, offering support and guidance in ways that feel most helpful and aligned with your needs.

  • I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences by providing education about mental health in a way that feels meaningful to you. Understanding what’s happening in your life can be empowering, giving you the confidence and clarity to move forward on your healing journey.

  • In our sessions, we’ll go beyond traditional talk therapy, exploring different ways to navigate challenges that feel right for you. This might include expressive arts, movement, experiential approaches, EMDR, and other techniques that help you connect, process, and heal in a deeper way.

Who I Don’t Work With

I want you to feel informed and confident in choosing the right support for your needs. Transparency is important in our work together, which includes recognizing where I may not be the best fit. I do not provide immediate crisis intervention or emergency assistance. Additionally, I may not be the ideal resource for those requiring specialized expertise in addiction and eating disorders. My goal is to ensure you have the information you need to find the right resources that truly align with your healing journey.

My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered on your journey toward healing and growth. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
